When Lori and I travel, we love to strive to discover and understand the culture of the people. In Vietnam, we travelled the Mekong Delta and enjoyed the incredible food within the 23 districts of Ho Chi Minh City and district 1, still considered Saigon. What a treat! I thought Thai food was the most flavorful in the world, but Vietnamese food was even better!
